we accept no returns on prescription eyewear, the lenses were made just for you. However for the purpose of customer satisfaction, we allow 1 exchange and will remake your lenses. The standard precedure is that we mail you different frames for you to try on and send them back to us and then we will remake your lenses. thank you. We guarantee that you will be able to see perfectly through your lenses and we will remake your lenses as many times as nessesary to give you perfect vision.
